”The room was very clean and overlooked the river. We were there 4 days and it was a great place to stay. Would stay there again.”

”We didn’t get the room that we booked. After talking to the lady at the desk about it, she told us she doesn’t even know wich room has what and that she will get back to us, she never did!!! Every time you ask her something, she didn’t know! The cleaning group you can say did clean the room but that carpet was nasty, the smell in the room was awful and lets not talk about the breakfast! It was not good at all and the coffee was awful, tasted like water. I can not recommend you staying...

”These rooms are very falsely advertised. The bathrooms are so gross. Our tub was not clean and had build up on the drain. There was also hair in the tub. We asked if it could be cleaned, they said they’d send house keeping up. All they did was take out the trash and make the beds. The toilet and trashcan were so gross as well in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom has been painted so many times (probably to cover up how old it is) the door would crack every time you open it. You can walk in...

”Breakfast was very good with many options and the bar food was decent, however the Cantina restaurant (pool bar) was only open when the weather was sunny and there was very little “resort” feel unless the weather was perfect. With the pool bar closed, guests were told to order from the Rhum Bar, but when I asked for a virgin pina colada for my daughter, I was told they could not make one because they didn’t have a blender. That’s pretty offensive given I paid over $600/night. Buy a blender,...

”Room was very outdated and smelled like a dog kennel. Struggled to open and close the bathroom door. Hard to relax when there were dogs barking throughout the day. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Pool was freezing cold. Nice location on the beach. Other than that, wasn’t a positive experience. Don’t plan on staying here in the future. ”

”The room was clean and the ac worked great. There was a significant lack of outlets near the bedside tables. I had to have my phone charging across the room. Breakfast was decent and location was great.”

”Our room stayed hot and muggy though the outside temperature didn’t get above 73 degrees. The staff was very nice but the clientele was rowdy at night. We could smell smoke wafting into our room and people running and yelling the last night we were there. Our room was very clean, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and there is no fan in the bathroom. The hotel just needs updating. The location is really great. We didn’t try the breakfast ”

”Close to the beach and decent clean rooms. Wish they had water or ice accessible on property besides 1 water fountain that barely worked.”

”Room was cleanish. You could see where the soap areas were not clean. Could still see the buildup where the last ones were placed. No chain on the front door. No beach view. It’s across the street, was told hotel was on the beach. Toilet issues, it wouldn’t refill tank after flush, for several minutes to an hour. Mold rust build up against the outer wall of the shower. Parking was great.staff were fine, no issues. I would not come back to this one. ”
