”Had the best trip around mid June. The rental was exactly as pictured and the one time I needed something addressed, it was taken care of right away. The location on the river, can’t be beat. Very nice, long dock, we loved just hanging out by the water, right there. So many alligators to view. We would definitely book this rental again if staying in the area again. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at your sweet little house. Very clean and comfortable. My ONLY moment of, I wish this was better, were the curtains. Wish the house had blinds instead of curtains that would allow light as well as privacy. The glass door in the kitchen especially made us uncomfortable without a blind. Other than the curtains and lack of, we loved the house. Very cozy! Thank you for a pleasant stay!”

You're hungover.... it's St. Augustine! Clean, close to everything, SO many light switches! lolGreat little back patio and front porch! Great kitchen but you probably won't be using it with ALL the great food around. 10/10. Will recommend. ”

”Communication was very easy and incredibly fast. Property is updated and very clean. Walk to beach is convenient and close by. House provided everything we needed - we made a couple meals from scratch and had all the kitchen accessories needed- including sharp knives! We brought our three teens and some of their freinds- property gave lots of room for us to all spread out. Definitely recommend! ”

”It’s a nice little downstairs apartment. Host is very responsive and they take pride in their property and the service they’re providing. It is near train tracks so it can get loud a few times in the night, lol. But still enjoyed my stay, given price and walking distance to the music festival.”
