One bedroom apartment (4 people) - Palau Green Village

The apartment is located within the Palau Green Village Residence, situated 500 meters from the center of the charming town of Palau and about 150/250 meters from the characteristic sandy coves typical of the northern Sardinian coast.

The one bedroom apartment (4 people) features a living room with an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the amenities you need to make you feel at home:kettle, toaster, dishwasher, air conditioning, TV, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board (on request), equipped patio or balcony.

For any needs you may go to the reception office which will be open daily from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00.
Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be notified to the property in advance. For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception to arrange key collection. Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied.
Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, final cleaning, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (partial use), first supply of bed and bath linens, use of the swimming pool, use of bicycles while supplies last (deposit for use € 50.00), use of washing machine, dryer and barbecue for common use. There is also a bar with seasonal opening and external management.

Upon arrival, you will have to pay some mandatory fees:

CITY TAX: to be paid in cash, mandatory at the municipality of Palau. The amount is variable.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.

Pets are allowed in our facility, but will not have access to the common areas. There is an extra charge of € 50.00 for their stay. A cove near the Residence has been dedicated to your faithful friends, where they can sunbathe and bathe with you.

We remind you that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
