Villa Minerva is the perfect place for your holiday in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. The villa covers about 250 m² and accommodates up to 10 guests. It is set in a 1,500 m² garden with lawn and native plants, two shaded parking spaces, and private parking inside the property. Inside, there are four bedrooms: three with double beds (two with en-suite bathrooms) and one with two single beds, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, and three bathrooms, each with a hydromassage shower. The bedrooms have access to private outdoor verandas. The large kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort.



Interiors are spacious and comfortable, featuring handcrafted Costa Smeralda furnishings, white leather sofas, crystal tables, and valuable antiques. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the three double bedrooms and the living room, heating, hot and cold drinking water, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large TV, and outdoor barbecue.
