”the staff was very helpful....thx.....the room was clean...the food in the resturant was good....and it is close to sams overpriced tours....but the location?....it is in a industral area of koror....no crime problem..but the hotel looked like it was in a junkyard”

”Staff was very courteous. Room was clean. Great ocean side view. Second stay to at West Plaza Hotel at Lebuu Street and will do it again. Got a car from West Car Rental and the had it ready for us, with the key pick up at the front desk. ”

”A fantastic place where you can feel like you’re in a true regional retreat, surrounded by nature. It has access to kayaks that you can take out onto the lagoon. The staff are very friendly. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the not-so-interesting (in my opinion) city of Koror, but only about 700–800 meters on foot to the main street.”

”The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.”

”I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists”

”The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that. It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town. The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking...
