”The hotel was nice and clean close to the beach. Breakfast is not worthwhile paying for. Our bathroom sink wasn’t working and they did one effort to check it but couldn’t fix it. The biggest problem was that after having been away for a whole day, we came back and our door was open. All we got was a plain apology as if it wasn’t a big deal. So I give them one star because of the attitude. ”

”Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, aivan rantatien kupeessa, vastapäätä ostoskatua jossa rinta rinnan vaatekauppoja, ruokapaikkoja ja krääsäkauppoja. Hotellilla on varattuna omia ranta-alueita kaksi lähes vastapäätä hotellia. Hotellin oma allasalue on pieni mutta siisti. Jos Riministä muuten pitää, ei tämä hotelli ole ollenkaan huono valinta. Voin suositella.”

”One week staying early April. Good location next to sea and walking distance from central. Many restaurants in neighbourhood. Room with balcony was spacious and extra pro to spa and sauna which was hot enough.”

”Receptionist was helpful but hotel needs a good make-up. In this trip we stayed in 5 hotels within the same price range. Unfortunately Napoleon was too expensive for what they offered compared to our other experiences in Italy. Its rather retro in colour and furniture. Good thing in winter was that heating worked. But shower was weak. Close location to station means noise. Breakfast in a room dark and no warm food. ”

”Above our expectations! The staff is super friendly, the room was really clean, breakfast very good. We had the standard room on the 3rd floor. The price-quality relation was way, way better than any other hotel in Rimini (or Italy generally) we’ve been to. Rivabella is a nice, quiet place for families & people who don’t need to party all night. The beach is the same, the streets are clean and it’s not too far away from the main beach area in case you want to go there too.”

”Great location. The room was quite small and old-fashioned. The breakfast was great. It was served everyday from 7am to noon. You could make your own takeaway box of fruits, salads, yoghourt etc with you for lunch. The staff wasn't friendly or helphul.”

”Great hotel and location between the beach and restaurant street. Staff is very friendly and specially front desk staff made our stay feel special. Welcoming drink was nice surprise :) Breakfast was good - specially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice and tasty local specialities. Room was spacious, very clean and well air-conditioned. ”

”Erittäin positiivinen yllätys, todella tilava ja siisti huone, aamupala oli mainio sekä myös palvelu. Sopiva uima-allas lillumiseen. Lähialueen ravintolat eivät olleet hääppöisiä, joten pieni kävelymatka tuli tehdä, että sai kunnon ruokaa.”
