Be prepared to have a car (or driver) in order to get to places as the hotel is not in the immediate vicinity of attractions or towns/cities. Distance to Perugia is roughly 12 km/15 min, well worth visit!â

âA nice place just across the street from the trainstation. Perfect for someone like me who liked to walk around. Not that there are no busses but I enjoyed walking up to Assisi.
The room was very basic but nice and clean.
I expected a bit more from the breakfast, it was basically just wheat and sugar. Fresh fruit, 100% juice and wholegrain bread would have been nice.
Like anywhere where Iâve been in Italy, other languages except Italian were not really spoken or well understood.â

âPrima volta in questo albergo. Indirizzo non facilissimo da raggiungere causa lavori in corso nelle strade circostanti e segnaletica insufficiente. Location molto bella. Struttura anche molto bella e molto curata. Personale cordiale e molto professionale, efficientissimo. Ristorante con menu forse un pochino limitato ma comunque appropriato: piatti molto curati, per una cucina davvero di alto livello. Anche la carta dei vini molto curata. Ottima e varia l'offerta per la prima colazione. â
âI've stayed here quite a few times, so that speaks for itself. The pool is the big asset plus the views across the valley. It's a bit of a trek up to Assisi itself - about 15 minutes up hill on a road with traffic. If you don't have a car, you need to plan carefully. You can get drinks and basic lunch at the house. It is rustic and that will either frustrate you slightly or charm you. Good price, idyllic setting - I just wish there was a bus or shuttle going up to the town. Very friendly new...
