”Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

”パレルモ大聖堂の目の前の路地にあるため、観光客向けのお店（ショップや飲食店）も近くに多く、観光にはもってこいの立地でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで、とても良かったです。”

”Erittäin ystävällinen emäntä ja henkilökunta.”

”Place is beautfiul an right next to restaurants and maqueda street. Its beautiful and clean. Host is responsive and considerate with our late arrival. Down the street next to souvenir shops as well. Close to all tourist locations that are walkable.”

”This is superb, characterful hotel with excellent and friendly staff who really looked after us. It has fantastic rooms (ask for one of the bigger ones). The welcome snack and map was great. The owner parked our car and that was incredibly helpful. Superb location and use the spa if you can!”

”this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again.”

”I liked that the property was very central in the historic district. The hotel was very clean and the room very spacious. I would have easily given 5 stars for everything had it not been for the noise. Our room was below the rooftop restaurant and they were very noisy. We could hear every move of a chair or table. Our sleep was disrupted because of it. The noise lasted till 2am. Other than that everything was good with the hotel. They should definitely think about a solution about the noise.”

”Erittäin hyvällä paikalla, kävelymatka tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin ja kauppakaduille. Viihtyisä pieni b & b, ystävällinen englantia hyvin puhuva henkilökunta. Vaikuttava vanha rakennus, joka mukavasti remontoitu. Voi suositella lämpimästi!En kuitenkaan suosittele saapumista omalla autolla, kadut kapeita ja liikenne kaaottista, parkkipaikkoja lähes mahdoton löytää.”

”★★★★★ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Arone dei Baroni di Valentino. The property is beautiful, incredibly clean, and so welcoming. Our room was spotless, and the common areas were just as immaculate and beautifully maintained. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was Francesco. He went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to make us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. His kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made the experience feel so...

”This was a last minute booking and it was difficult to find. You have to go in through this tiny door that opens up into a common area and then up stairs to find the reception desk. Also, they are not there all the time. We had to tell them precisely what time we were arriving so they would be at the desk. The room was clean and nice and it was a great neighborhood.”
