”Nice location. Wonderful, big room (we had executive room upstairs). Because this is no hotel, you can´t wait any services like breakfast. But you can easily go to shop or restaurant nearby. Staff was nice but nothing really special. We can hear some noise from neighbours room but everything else was perfect. So we´ll see again.”

”For years now, when picking a hotel - I go with location rather than anything else. This one was a bit strange at first. I was in the single room and actually giggled when walked in. Definitely smaller than most rooms in most places I stayed, but hey - had everything for any traveler. I like to leave early and come back only to sleep. ”After over 20 years of marriage, finally we had change to get our honeymoon trip too Venice. We stayed four night on this Hotel and we loved it. Place is perfect, it is truly quiet and yet it is so near everything, including San Marco. From Airport or actually from anywhere, you have waterbuss stops within few hundreds meters (Zattere/Academica). Staff is really nice, breakfast is amazing (not about number of items but quality of those). Room was really nice and it was kept perfect condition...

”The room was clean and modern and most of the staff were helpful. Somehow the pier of S Maria del Giglio were closed during my 2 day stay, it almost killed me us from dragging two 28 inches suitcases and 2 carry ons (coming from Australia for 1 month of Europe trip) all the way from the next closest pier…… and there was a national strike on the day of leaving, had to cross 4 bridges and dragged suitcases again for 1km to Rialto pier…it would have been nicer if I had been informed by the hotel...

”Beautiful small boutique hotel with warm and friendly staff, who helped us with restaurant recommendations and anything we needed. Rooms are gorgeous, spacious enough and well air-conditioned. Breakfast was absolutely amazing; delicious and lots of different options from sweet to savory. Location is great.”
