Huoneisto sijaitsee 1. kerroksessa kaksikerroksinen rakennus kokonaan uusittu alueella "Kalsa" jalo sydämessä Palermo, kulttuurin ja taiteen keskus Välimeren kaupungin voimakkaalla vastakohtia vaurautta ja aatelisto markkinat värikäs ja monikansallinen, rauhallista edessä "Garden of the Righteous", historiallisia paikkoja vanhoja puita ja tuoksuvia appelsiinipuita, kivenheiton päässä päärautatieasemalta, bussi napa ja junat sekä myös lähellä tärkeimpiä muistomerkkeihin ja kaupunkia : museo Abatellis, Marina Square, kasvitieteellinen puutarha, Foro Italico, Teatro Massimo, katedraali, Norman palatsi, värikkäitä markkinoita Ballarò, Vucciria ja Cape kävelyetäisyydellä. Alueella on myös lukuisia ravintoloita alueella, baareja ja viehättäviä pubeja illalla ovat täynnä elämää ilo upottamalla itseäsi yöelämä.
Huoneisto on sisustettu tyylikkäästi ja koostuu suuri huone, jossa on keittiö (täysin varustettu), olohuone ja oleskelutila, jossa on vuodesohva kahdelle, kahden hengen huone ja suuri vaatekaappi, tilava kylpyhuone, parveke näkymä puutarhaan alla, jossa voi nauttia aamiaisen aamulla tai nauttia lasin viiniä tai cocktailin illalla. Great location in the old city

If you want an authentic Sicily Palermo experience, this is it. Lots of action and young people but the apartment is tucked in behind a little walled park and is very quiet. Brigitte was very welcoming and helpful and the apartment is well furnished.

Wonderful Apartment

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment in Palermo. It was one of the best properties we have ever stayed. The "old town" location was perfect for walking to restaurants and all the sights of Palermo. The apartment had all the necessities you could ask for...clean, full kitchen, comfortable bed, large bathroom, a balcony, and air conditioning...exceptional in every way! Bridgette was an amazing host! To greet us she had provided us with coffee, snacks, a bottle of wine. She secured a cab for our departure. Her kindness relieved our stress and jet lag! Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot begin to relay how pleased we were with our accommodations in Palermo. The location is perfect with manageable walks to all we wanted to see. The apartment is close to most activities, 15 minutes walk to the train station, and no more then 15-20 minutes to any venue. The kitchen was well appointed as was the entire apartment. The bed is firm and the bath roomy. It met all of our requirements and was a very pleasant stay.

Just a peach!

Everything about this property is so well thought out. It’s impeccable and the owner is wonderful. Many mishaps on our check-in day had us arrive later than expected. Kalsa Palermo Apartment

From the moment we booked the apartment Brigitte provided us with all and any information that we needed on Palermo and on transportation in and around Palermo, In addition, when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport she provided us with a reliable driver. Brigitte was at the apartment upon our arrival to greet us. The apartment was in Kalsa in central historic Palermo, close to restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. The apartment was immaculate, across from a park, and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It was well equipped with lots of clean towels and a kitchen with every pot and utensil that one could need to cook with. And we can't praise Brigitte enough for her guidance and for her immeasurable assistance in retrieving and mailing our phone which had fallen out of a bag in the taxi, back to us. One could not ask for a nicer apartment and a kinder more informed host.

Wonderful Location! Everything You Need!

Brigette made our stay in Palermo very enjoyable. She was always quick to communicate and helpful with questions and arranging a taxi. Her apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect apartment in perfect location

We stayed here at the end of a three week Sicilian vacation. It was the perfect respite. The apt. was immaculate and the owner was very responsive to our needs. The woman, Maria, who let us in and showed us around because the owner was out of town spoke only Italian, but it it wasn’t too difficult to figure it all out. Plus, there was a very complete binder of maps, rules, phone numbers, etc. All in all, a great location with a great restaurant 50’ away on the vicolo.

Loved this apartment

The apartment was wonderful and spacious. It had everything you needed. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared to be well equipped. The bathroom had so much room that both my husband and I could use it at the same time which is a plus when you are vacationing. The balcony overlooked an open air place where musicians would play in the evening. We had a glass of wine and enjoyed the evening entertainment. The location was fairly close to the Quarttro Canti and several restaurants and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place and location

What a way to end up three weeks in Italy! The residence was awesome and comfortable. Great interaction with the host; she always responded right away. She took us through the apartment and pointed everything out for us. The location was in walking distance of the center and the harbor. It couldn't have been better. Plenty of restaurants around as well as a bakery, small market and a large grocery store. We would highly rate this apartment!! Very clean and updated.

The BEST apartment in Palermo!

Palermo is a busy and not particularly peaceful vacation spot but Brigitte's apartment is quiet and comfortable with lovely garden views- a breath of fresh air after a day exploring interesting sights. It was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, well furnished in every regard and had the best restaurant in town right across the street. Brigitte was helpful to us in every way and communication was fast and responsive. We highly recommend this lovely apartment!

Zentral gelegen, stilvoll und cosy

Wir haben den Aufenthalt für 4 Nächte in der hübschen, zentral gelegenen Wohnung im In-Viertel La Kalsa sehr genossen. Palermos bekannteste Sehenswürdigkeiten (Quattro Canti, Kathedrale, La Martorana, Markt von Ballarò, Botanischer Garten) sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen sind um die Ecke, ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Brigitte Monika, unsere deutsche Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und - u.a . mit einer umfangreichen Mappe - mit Tipps (Restaurants, Ausflüge, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) für Palermo versorgt. Sie zeigte sich sehr flexibel, was unsere (späte) Anreise anging, und erklärte uns alles rund um die Wohnung genau. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, das Bad ist groß, der Schrank im Schlafzimmer bietet jede Menge Platz. Vom kleinen Balkon, auf dem man frühstücken oder spätabends noch ein Glas Wein trinken kann, hat man Aussicht auf einen Mini-Park mit Palmen. Durch den Park ist das Haus auch lärmtechnisch gut abgeschirmt von dem Partytrubel, der freitag- und samstagabends herrscht. Fazit: Eine gemütliche und stilvolle Ferienwohnung mit sympathischer Gastgeberin - rundum empfehlenswert. Wir hätten gerne noch mehr Zeit in La Kalsa verbracht, aber wir können ja wiederkommen! 😎

Clean, safe, quiet, affordable, convenient, comfortable bed, gracious hostess, beautifully decorated, modern conveniences, all major attractions between 5 and 20 minute walks, great restaurants right out front door and too many to chose from within easy walking distance. Hits all the right buttons

I have a couple criteria I look for in vacation rentals, and this one was excellent in all regards. 1. Location. Nearly perfect. Close to the water, close by restaurants and sights. You can walk to everything. You really do not need (or want) a car in Palermo. We literally wandered around all week without need of a car. The street directly in front of the home is pedestrian only, so there is very little traffic noise. The restaurant that you can see from the balcony was recommended in several guide books and was excellent 2. Size. This is a nice sized one bedroom one bath. Comfortable seating area where can kick of your shoes and relax. Kitchen was functional and well stocked. Small, but useable deck off the living area. 3. Host. Brigitte could not be more welcoming. We like a host to meet us at the apartment and explain the functions, etc. Brigitte met us even though we were running late and she stayed and explained everything to us. She checked on us through WhatsAp to make sure we had everything we needed. She had a complete book with ideas for meals, excursions etc. We would absolutely stay in this property if we get back to Palermo. One word of advice if you rent here and have a car. There is a park about three blocks away where you can park for free. Make sure you get directions to it before you make your way into the city. GPS will get you there with no problem, but it would be next to impossible to figure it out on your own. My recommendation, do not bring a car into Palermo. The train station is close. Taxi's are expensive, but cheaper than a ticket for driving on a traffic limited street. Thanks Brigitte. We had a wonderful time

Great base for visiting Palermo

Kalsa was perfect for our requirements on a short visit to Palermo. Everything was close at hand, so we could walk to shops, restaurants, bars, historic sites, etc. The apartment was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We must particularly thank Brigitte for excellent communications, for organising airport transfers, and for taking the time to provide lots of information when we arrived at the apartment.
