  • This apartment is located in an Art Nouveau building, just a few steps from the Martorana Church and the Church of San Cataldo.



    The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access and opens onto a small hallway with a washing machine and a coat rack. Continuing on, you will find the living area with a sofa, TV, dining table, and fully equipped open kitchen. From this area, you can access the small balcony. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with a shower.





    *Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.



    *The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.



    *At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information regarding your reservation within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



    Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. In this regard, tourists can take part in the “Baroque itinerary of Palermo” to visit the main monuments of the city, such as: the Church of the Holy Savior, Church Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the “Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets,” which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or snack it may be, at the Palermo market, dishes are to be “strictly” tasted with the sole help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire notable buildings, streets and squares.

Hyvää: Sisäänkirjautuminen, sijainti ja listauksen paikkansapitävyys
Pros: Excellent location close to the train station, the Kalsa and many great parts of Palermo. Bedrooms are quite spacious.Cons: The unit is on a busy street, so even with the windows and doors closed, there is a lot of noise. Although there are specific directions for taking out trash depending on the day of the week, we requested additional trash bags, yet were told they are not provided because it's not a hotel. There was a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, but it was empty. Like other reviews mentioned, the floors were dirty, and running any water caused a loud high-pitched squeal. There are no local tv channels so you need to log into your own streaming service to watch tv. The biggest drawback for us was that there is a fob on the keychain that needs to be inserted by the door in order to run the electricity, and we only received one keychain. Unfortunately, this meant that we could not leave our teens alone in the apartment while we explored the city, as we would not have been able to re-enter the building from the street without the keys.
