”It was easy going from the start of the check in, pleasant hotel staff, clean rooms and good amnesties. The gym had what I need to have a good workout equipped with free weights, workout machine and stationary bike. My kids enjoyed the pool and it is big enough it held over a dozen kids. I keep my breakfast simple and the breakfast in the morning was more than generous for me. ”Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us”

”The air conditioner in the room blue air, but it wasn’t cool. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I walked to the front desk and told the young men on staff and they had a very sarcastic. I don’t care attitude. At Continental breakfast in the morning I found it was very sparse and not what they advertised. Another person in there said their air-conditioning wasn’t working either while another said they were there because they saw waffles advertised on their continental...

”The staff was friendly, and helped with the items we needed in our room. The thing that you put your luggage on was missing a leg, and they sent another one up to our room with some additional towels and a sheet for the pull out couch.”

”These rooms are huge! Plenty of space to spread out, sofas, chairs etc... I like the courtyard with the natural light as well.”

”Couldn't even check in appears they don't take chime cards but didn't bother to say anything when I called to confirm my reservation and to pay over the phone said they don't take payments over the phone and don't accept cash either very other extended stay I have ever stayed at accepted chime cards or cash”

”The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

”The staff at this property were the absolute sweetest. The building seems quite old, but fixed it up decently & seemed to really put a lot into decor. Beds were comfy & tv’s were outdate. Least favorite thing is that there was practically nothing for breakfast. Over all, we had a safe stay & actually wouldn’t mind staying again.”
