”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that. Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”Great”

”Clean spacious rooms, staff was friendly, the bartender was so wonderful and nice. Breakfast had a huge variety of food and options, everything was so fresh as well.”

”I really loved this hotel! Great room, and perfect location”

”I remember when this property was built, when the Ballston area was just taking off. Now, the hotel is showing its age. Kind of shabby, dingy in places, in need of a makeover. But the location is good, the shuttle to the Ballston Metro convenient, a well-presented breakfast (unlike so many other hotels that have downsized or discontinued theirs). So the location and amenities tend to outweigh the overall condition of the property.”

”Everything is good”

”This place was the absolute worst! There were two mice hanging around room door in the hallway. Returned to the room on the final night and saw a rat running out of the door as we opened it! Do not stay here. They refused to do anything about the terrible stay.”

”Siisti huone”

”it’s just hard to get sheet replacements”

”the staff was very courteous and helpful. breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. property was conveniently located close to metro and restaurants.”
