”IMy daughter and I enjoyed having quick access to the beach, and the amenities available. I didn't like the hidden hotel deposit. It would be a good idea to list the fees. I expected to pay a fee, but I was not expecting to pay an extra $1200 for the ocean front view. However, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Overall, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.”

”This property was perfect in so many ways. I do not do a lot of reviews but this property is worth reviewing. Devin is a great property owner and is very responsive to any communication via the VBRO Chat. The layout of the room gave us more than enough space with 2 adults and 2 young adult children. The bedrooms, closets, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and balcony offered a great view of the ocean, inland waterway and city. The beach is beautiful and Devin even has 2 beach chairs...

It was our first time in this area and also using an owner rental She communicated and explained everything and gave great advice on dining choices. Her website is easy to navigate and the WiFi was a bonus. I will definitely recommend her properties as well as go through her again in a heartbeat. ”Our family had a great stay. The condo was clean and all of the resort amenities were great! It was so nice to be able to go down the elevator and be a few steps from the beach or the pool. It was also nice to have a full kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out every day. The view from the balcony was amazing. You can see the beach and the inter-coastal.My only critique is that I wish the pillows were firmer. ”

”Love the property. Tiki Bar is always great, as well as the pool. the ocean access is nice, not too far a walk for those that have a hard time walking in sand. a few small things could use fixing. such as ice machines in hall. But that would not keep me from coming back.”
