”Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. ”

”The Marriott Singer Island is a beautiful beach-front property. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-bedroom condo 'suite' which was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the resort's lagoon pool from our balcony. Communication with the property manager was smooth as was the check-in process. Would definitely consider staying here again!”
