Vau!! 1. kerroksen huoneisto, ranta jaetulla venelaiturilla.
Asettuu viehättävään Lantanan kaupunkiin, 10 minuutin päässä HIP Lake Avenuelle ja Atlantic Avenuelle .2 makuuhuonetta, joissa queen size-vuode, 2 kylpyhuonetta, täydellinen keittiö ruoanlaittoon ja viihdyttävä.
äskettäin uusittu moderneilla huonekaluilla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetulla tuoreella maalilla, parkettilattiat, uusitut kylpyhuoneet ja viileät ulkokalusteet.
Olemme ylpeitä vieraanvaraisuudestamme, joten teemme parhaamme, jotta lomastasi tulisi erityinen !!!

Although this is an older building, the condo is nicely renovated. The view of the intercoastal waterway is terrific! Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are modern. We would have liked to have better lighting in bedrooms and living room for reading, but we managed. Our host was easy to reach and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

We booked our stay for a week and enjoyed every moment. The unit was clean, great view and centrally located between Delray Beach and Palm Beach. The location on the Intra Coastal was beautiful and quiet. Watching the sun rise every morning was treat. I had a couple of questions for the manager/owner and he responded promptly and was very helpful. Definitely a return property!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. This is a downstairs unit so you can push open the sliding doors and sit on the little patio and look out onto the intercoastal. Very quiet and peaceful community. The condo itself is furnished in gentle neutrals, and truly creates a sense of calm in every space. we had everything we could possibly need, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything from top quality cookware to spices. This is not a walking neighborhood. But as long as you were willing to drive, you are just a hop skip and jump from the Lantana public beach, route 95, all the excitement of Delray, and so on. The owner seems very nice. We would certainly and happily return!

Great spot. A couple minor issues but Avi was highly responsive. Be sure you park in the spot next to the building, not the one on the far side of the parking lot.

The host told me I could check in early, so I came into town a few hours early. When I arrived at the condo it was not cleaned and looked like they were renovations in progress. Basically the owner said oops my bad. He told me to come back a few hours later at the normal check-in time and that it would be ready. It was not. Apparently I was out of line by getting upset about the situation. So he told me to leave and cancel the reservation, leaving me with no place to stay. Be very careful about working with this man. He is not a good person.

The condo is exactly as described! Fabulously views of the inter coastal and beautiful sunrises from the patio. Nice and quiet and the mist well stocked condo we’ve ever rented. Close to Palm Beach and area attractions and great. restaurants

Cono had great view across water towards South Palm Beach and fun view watching boat traffic going through the draw bridge nearby. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We walked to beach each morning (a mile walk). There is Dune Deck Cafe and San Bar (bar) right on the beach there. Great place to have breakfast and start the day. Costco, Walmart, Publix and Dollar Tree within a mile. Condo was clean and updated with generous amount of supplies provided. Only suggestion is to replace aging vertical blinds.

Very clean well equipped condo with all you may need to enjoy the local beaches and inter coastal. The view from the sliding door is gorgeous and so wide. You see the intercostal with all the dressings! Easy in and out on dead end street, quiet and wonderful grass yard out the door. Great value!! If in the area I will definitely stay here again.

This rental was a wonderful experience! The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Excellent location and Avi the host was extremely responsive to all our requests and helpful! It was my wife and I and another couple as well as.my daughter who joined us for 2 days of our week long stay and we all agreed that this condo was the best one we have stayed in. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Will definitely stay here again if we can! We all highly recommend this rental...

This place was great! The back porch & dock were our favorite place to relax. The house has everything you’d need for a getaway. We were impressed how well stocked it was for basic things. The condo is within walking distance to a lot nearby. We went for morning walks down Ocean Ave and ate breakfast at Kona Bay Cafe which we would definitely recommend. The Old Key Lime House was also a great place for supper. It is worth getting a slice of Key Lime pie to go… best I’ve ever had. The squirrels, lizards, iguanas, and White Iris birds were all fun to watch. The owner has wonderful communication and was great to deal with. There are many other condos around but the area is very quiet. We would definitely recommend this well maintained condo for your next vacation!
