”Staff was beyond excellent and on top of everything for our family of four, They even managed to provide me a late checkout last minute!
The only thing I would say that was a bit of a downer was the “heated” pool, I was expecting it to be warm but it was actually pretty cold still.
We still managed to play for a bit before getting out.
Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back.”

”Wife and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast. One morning at 8 am someone from staff just barged in to the room even though DND sign was on door. Freaked us out, person ran from the room quick when he realized it was occupied. Hot water was out for two days. ”

”older hotel, right on the beach/boardwalk so that was nice. good food nearby. room was fine, though old and beds were not particularly comfortable. could definitely use an update. parking in the lot was extra but there was enough free parking on the street for a night. there were a decent amount of homeless/drugs/trash in the area to make me feel not confident at night with the kids though.”

”Super close to Seaworld and Beaches including Belmont Beach. It's not the newest on the outside so at first I was concerned but the inside was fantastic and staff was great and everything inside was very clean and nice. Didn’t even go look at pool so can't say anything either way there. Free paking and so close to the things we were going made this property perfect for us. ”
