”Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was great. Extremely attentive and friendly. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and they sent a nice chachuterie board to our room. Every evening the maid came by with a sweet treat for each room. The property is very nice and right on the bay. Very relaxing atmosphere . I would definitely consider returning to the Amaka Lodge ”

”The location was tranquil, the room was fantastic and Danny, the owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, and in the morning I received a gorgeous breakfast basket which included local fruits, a bagel and freshly squeezed juice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Paradise 🌻”

”We were greeted warmly by the day manager as our boat arrived. She told us we were being given an upgrade with a lovely ocean view. They went out of their way to help us including a very early breakfast before leaving for an overnight stay at La Sirena. Really appreciated the extra help.”

”Beautiful condo with outstanding view. The infinity pool was awesome!! We enjoyed seeing, monkeys,toucans macaws and butterflies. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful and had good wi-fi. Excellent stay overall. ”

”It was an awesome arrival. We expected a fantastic lobby , but it was lovelier than even on the internet. Very friendly staff, exzellent services, very good choices of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then the unexpected jungle pathway over bridges and walkways to the separate lodges. Our lodge Marvilla was wonderfull with a huge outdoor bathroom in the middle of the jungle. There are incredible private walkways , even a lookout tower to see the treetop jungle beneath. A very very private and...

”This is a lovely hotel, it has a huge communal area with chairs and sofas, it is all very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great. We had a lovely room which overlooked the swimming pool, the only problem we had was that shower in our room didn't have enough pressure during our stay. ”

”Hotel Villa Drake is a lovely small family run hotel at the top of the small town. The family are very friendly and happy to help, they cooked us a fresh breakfast every morning, even when we needed it at 5:20am. They arranged tours for us and the father is also a taxi driver so took us to the airport at the end of our trip for a reasonable price.
