”Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.”

”Waited over 2 hrs to get in our room. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. 2 lights in room didn't even work.NO blankets on bed. Only sheets and a very thin bed spread. No cups. Only 3 pillows for the 2 beds.NO hair dryer. No bath mat. No wash clothes. TV didn't work. No clock. Front desk gal was no help. She was on the phone for over 3hr that we saw. Breakfast was joke. no selection. Needed ice you have to go across the parking lot to the other hotel. Same person in the morning mans both...

”Overall, it was an adequate place. You can tell it is an older place but they have tried to keep up. There are questionable people around the area which didn’t make me feel completely safe. My kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool.”

”The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. ”The location of the hotel was very convenient for our business. The staff was very helpful and considerate. However, the room didn't have a coffee maker, a bathroom door that wouldn't stay closed and a shower that was a drizzle. It took 30 minutes to get wet and getting the shampoo out of my hair was impossible. The second day we were there our room was not cleaned, and we didn't see maid service at all. I inquired of the nice young man at the desk and he informed me that there was a magnet...
