”I have used this hotel every year for several years and never had a problem until this year. The room was clean but the bathtub didn't drain. One of the front desk staff quit so there was no one to fix the problem. The hotel lost the booking for the group I was with because it is under new management and new ownership. The lobby and pool are excellent, the breakfast is also amazing. They tried charging for the omelet bar this year but then changed their minds. Just beware if you book here as...

”We had a quick overnight stay and were really impressed. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing atmosphere. There were also plenty of restaurant options nearby, which made dinner easy and convenient. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely come back!”

”Never got in. Staff would not accept a different name at check in after I was recommended to do so through Expedia. They also would not approve a refund. So after arriving, being told they would not accept my employee and telling us to go I also did not get refunded.”

”We stay in Colorado Springs frequently but have never stayed here before. We have decided to stay here from now on. The facility was so relaxing and absolutely beautiful. We live in a beautiful place further in the mountains, but tucked into this tiny valley it was so quiet and secluded!! It was hard to believe we were only minutes from the "big city" and the places we needed to go on our erand-run-to-town.”
