”This property is family owned and run and they are lovely people. Matthew the owner was so friendly and helpful with restaurant and activity ideas and even sent a message on the date of arrival my room was ready at 11am instead of 4pm. The property itself is so pretty and clean and comfortable. I also met great people staying there and will definitely be back.”

”The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional! A large variety, and fresh fruit was delicious. The pool was very nice. Loved the history of the building! If you are in the area, it is the place to stay!”

”The Publix full grocery store is just down the street a few minutes walk. I love the assigned parking space that comes with the unit - no looking for an open space when you go out. ”

”The property is pretty, the view is amazing, I didn’t like that the kitchen cookware was extremely low quality (goodwill have better frying pan) no towel at the pool, they change resorts fee, but never a single towel to use, the price for room Was high, the free shuttle to beach was a joke, but overall the hotel was nice but I won’t stay again. To pricey for they offer.”

”Our condo was great! Lots of space, with new lighting, appliances, tvs, and updated bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable, the furniture was planned out thoughtfully and for plenty of people. The pool was nice and the area by the bay was comfortable and inviting. Beach access is just across the street. Publix and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk, yet it’s location is quiet and peaceful. We’re happy we chose to stay here. ”

”This place is mid, severed its purpose. If you are looking for clean rooms, decent WiFi, any sort of housekeeping, space for all of your stuff this isn’t it. Housekeeping only cleaned our room after checkout. Sand in every crack and crevice. From desk was nice every time. Not much of a menu at Jimmy B’s bar and grill. ”

”Our stay is commensurate with the other reviews here - average. Like most, check in at 4pm dragged until 5:30pm as rooms still needed to be cleaned. Front desk staff had no idea when it would be ready and we were told 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. The room was small but clean. We got fresh towels daily. The beds were comfortable; the pillows were very flat. Wifi worked well. Property itself is average. Pool is nice but small with no lounge chairs available by 9am each morning. Beach area is great;...

”Amenities were great. Room is a little small. Called the desk for a couple of different things and they never brought them up. Cleaning person skipped our room and after they said they were coming back to clean. ”
