”The property was good and clean. Service was great overall. I stayed for one night at the property. The internet gave trouble while I was in my room. My Wi-Fi connection kept disconnecting when I was in my room. The connection in the Lobby was OK. The technicians were working on the connection but it only got fixed next day. So I was a little bit disappointed, cause I couldn’t make it to my important meetings because of the Wi-Fi connectivity issues.”

”Very cool design, great location walking distance to everything in Jose Ignacio, convenient to the bus station. Rooms are well designed and beds are comfortable. Really nice market and coffee shop / bakery just around the corner. Still some work in progress. The property seems to still be under some construction, as the bar is not yet open and a few other cosmetic things missing. The rooftop pool does not have umbrellas (and according to staff will not due to the wind), so it is fully exposed...
