”Great, new hotel. Nicely done. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”We really enjoyed our stay at the Decanter Hotel. It was very close to everything in Old San Juan, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help us feel right at home and made great recommendations for things for us to do and restaurants to eat at during the holidays. The hotel was a traditional feeling hotel. Our room was big and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the street. It was a great space! We definitely recommend the Decanter for a wonderful...

”Hieno miljöö, vanha, viihtyisä ja pieni hotelli keskellä San Juanin vanhaa kaupunkia. Ystäväpariskunnan huoneen seinät olivat OK, mutta meidän huoneessa kaksi seinää oli maalattu valkoisella 'lateksilla', joka kupruili lähes kauttaaltaan - amatöörikin näki, että kuprujen alla oli kosteutta (ymmärtäen kuvittelimme sen olevan viime syksyn hurrikaanin seurausta). Allergialääkkeillä selvisimme, mutta huoneessamme H2 oli kyllä vahva homeen haju. Se harmitti, koska muuten koko hotellin kokonaisuus...

”The hotel was very nice, clean and very comfortable. It was located closed we’re all the cruises arrived. They do have a bar/ restaurant as well as their main restaurant, but we used the bar for small plates and drinks and the staff was very friendly. I really liked this hotel, I will come back next time I visit PR. ”

”This was a great stay in Old San Juan. Not far from SJU, close to everything we wanted to do. From Castle Morro, to the pier, to everything in between. Great food and shopping options close by, and for a night pre-cruise we couldn't ask for anything more!”

”Great resort for R&R! Right on the ocean (I was glad I paid the premium for an oceanview room, it was AMAZING to wake up to that view every morning!) with a gorgeous infinity pool. Friendly and helpful staff, solid restaurant/bar(s) on site and many terrific restaurants within walking distance. The "adults only" feature was much appreciated (no kids cannon-balling into the pool!) although I have to admit I was expecting more guests in the grandparent demographic (like us) but the vibe was...
