”I loved the artsy vibe the hotel had and the area near the hotel had. I also loved that they gave me the room very early since my cruise had us go off the boat early. Also they let me stay 1 hour more in my room since my flight back home was really late.”

Private area at Miami Beach - even if it takes about 45 minutes to get there and the only thing you get for free is a chair. My room was really good as well - the only issue was that the AC was quite loud, I had to shut it off for the night. But the staffing problem here is real. You have to call multiple times to get a hold of anyone at the reception. Checking out took forever - long lines and only two people...
