”The house is very nice, organized, and located in a very quiet area. I would stay there again on future trips.”

People were so friendly and it felt like heaven on earth. The house had everything you would need and if we ever had a question about anything. We would get a response within minutes. Plenty of room for parking that was shaded which was a plus. It was perfect!!”

”The Best place in Alligator Point Bay for rest and relaxation! The view from the back deck is breathtaking ! It’s so nice to sit out and relax and watch the wildlife right from you back door and it’s a excellent place for red fishing, which we enjoyed every day. This is our third trip to this area and staying at the Fritz Carlton , You won’t find a nicer host than Adam. The house is very equipped with all amenities you may need for your stay including nice comfy beds and house is super clean!!...

”Enjoyed the views and plenty of room for our group. Although there is no water access except via boat at the property, we did walk down the road to the public beach. Although it was rocky in the water, we enjoyed the undeveloped location where the kids found crabs and other creatures. ”

The thrid floor screened in porch was a wonderful way to spend the early mornings as well as in the evenings as the the sun went down. ”We've stayed in a few homes in the forgotten coast area, but this is probably the nicest, inside and out! The home is modern and comfortable, with lots of amenities that make the stay more enjoyable/fun. The entire house is great, but we spent lots of time on the screened back patio - it had a great view of the water with soft seating, good fans and ocean breezes. Thank you!”

”Family of 7 for a two week stay. Our second year at this location and we plan to go back. The layout of the house provides privacy when desired but also a great spot for family time together. The beach is a bit secluded and beautiful, away from the hustle & bustle of areas closer to Panama City. The house is very nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked for cooking. ”We loved everything about the property. Our favorite part was being able to sit out on the screened in porch, Looking out to the ocean. Sitting on the beach in front of the home is great. No one else was around but one other couple. The house is well stocked especially the kitchen. We used the gas grill every night.
