The space
Please note - The apartment is about 100meters from the gate and there are 5-6 small stairs to get to it. Hardly a 2min walk but this is to just give anyone with knee issues a heads up.

Located in a gated community near Bambolim Beach, this 3+1 bedroom house features well done up rooms and bathrooms with an artistic vibe. Surrounded by greenery, one can enjoy the views from the patio which streams natural sunlight to light up the dining and living areas and you can also enjoy the scenic views from entire apartment.

The villa consists of 3+1 full bedrooms with AC's and attached bathrooms. The house is spread across 2 floors and there is a living area on each floor. All the bathrooms have a sink, commod, shower unit and geyser.

My caretaker, Mamraz is always available on the premises to help with anything you might need.

You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery.

There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter.
