”Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.”

The amenities in the apartment should have been checked and confirmed to be in working order before guests arrived. The AC unit in the living room wasn't functional and same with the washer. The oven didn't work as well. Communication with the host was good and timely. They sent maintenance to address both...
