Welcome to "Sunny Side Up"- the perfect family getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat is your ticket to paradise in the heart of Prominence 30A. Minutes to the beach, steps to the pool, or a quick wagon ride with the kids to The Big Chill for movies, music, and good eats! The Big Chill is a great family gathering place: entertainment like movies and concerts on the green, restaurants, and outdoor space for the family to hang. Perfect for evenings after the beach.

Where you'll sleep:
- Primary bedroom: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan with En suite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower.
- Guest room: Queen bed with smart tv, room darkening shades, and plenty of storage.
- Guest room: Additional queen bed and Twin over Twin bunk beds. Also including smart tv, room darkening shades, and plenty of storage. *We've just added custom built bunks into this room to provide another sleeping option!
- We also provide a pack n play for your little one
- All bedrooms are equipped with Sonos speakers.
- There is an additional Guest full bathroom upstairs
***All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

The good stuff:
Beach Access! There are a lot of options when in Prominence.
- Deer Lake State Park – (3 min drive, or 15 min walk, 5 min golf cart ride) The most convenient beach access with ample parking (cars and golf carts) and only .5 mile away. There are new bathrooms, grills, and shelter at the beach access!
- Seabreeze Beach Access - A five-minute golf cart ride or eight-minute bike ride East on 30A from Prominence.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access – (3 min drive, quick bike ride) You can pack lightly to bike and utilize the available bike racks at the access entry to lockup. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. This one is also great to drive, drop off your gear (and kids!) and then have someone park and join you after.
- Walton Dunes – (7 min drive, or quick golf cart/bike ride) An easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is another good option for dropping off passengers and gear before parking in the nearby lot. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride bikes. Beach service is provided here from local vendors.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access - A 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house.

Community Pool! You're a 3 min walk away from a dip in! Resort style pool that has zero entry and is heated seasonally. (Oct/Nov, 12/17 - 1/1, Mar/Apr)

Community grill: A quick walk over to the pool and you'll also have access to the grill and accompanying table. •

- Red Flyer wagon- great for taking the kids to The Big Chill or the pool.
- Sand toys, bocce ball, basketball, football, and more!

Other tings to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow 1 dog that is under 20 lbs and non- shedding. No Cats or Large Dogs. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
