This open floor plan with sprawling 10' ceilings is perfect for entertaining when you aren't out enjoying all that 30a has to offer. Enjoy all of the comforts of your home away from home when you stay with us, such as a custom kitchen equipped with all of the essentials and a full sized washer and dryer.
Prominence is known for being the home of The Big Chill, a family entertainment center complete with restaurants, shops, a cinema screen for movies, and a stage for concerts and events. When you aren't at the neighborhood resort style pools with comfortable cabanas on the deck, you can spend your days exploring neighboring beach communities or visiting one of the nearby beach accesses. Conveniently located across from pool and west facing for beautiful sunset views.

Perfect Spring Getaway

We brought our two girls for the week, and although the weather didn’t cooperate for beach going, there was plenty to keep them occupied. Bicycling the neighborhood, the heated pool, and The Big Chill have them eager to return.

Excellent location & wonderful owner

Our stay was so easy to book, check-in, and enjoy! The owner was wonderful to work with. The location is perfect for walking to the pool or the Big Chill if you're not a bike rider, but the bikes make exploring a broader area even easier. It was perfect for us!

Enjoyed stay, but cleaning issue

We enjoyed staying at this location that was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again but need to make sure the unit is completely clean. The master bathroom was still dirty and we had to finish cleaning obvious that was around toilet and sink and faucet.

Exceptional!

Clean, cozy and convenient access to the pool & the Big Chill. Very well stocked property - from bikes to beach chairs. Strong wi-fi signal & great water pressure in both showers. Beds were all very comfortable as well. Beach access is only 5 minutes away!! We enjoyed staying here and we will definitely be back to this property in the future.

Family Getaway

My husband and our two small children enjoyed our stay here! The property itself is beautiful and I thought it was even nicer in person. It had all of the dishes etc that we needed for cooking and even had some beach supplies although he did bring our own chairs from home. There are 4 bikes included with the rental and we rented a children’s bike carrier from the Big Chill across the street.There are bike trails close by & the pool is basically across the street which was really convenient. We visited South Walton Beach one day and the state park beach on another evening which I was very impressed by. It was beautiful, clean and not crowded. Definitely check that out when you’re there. The only thing I will say is I did not realize there would be a long staircase up to the living space, and with a one year old I needed a baby gate. There were two baby gates there at the property but neither of them were big enough to actually block off the stairs, so we rented one from a local baby rental company along with a crib. The beds were comfortable & everything was nice and clean. We would stay here again! The big chill across the street is a fun place to go at night. We went on Monday night and they had a DJ there for the little kids and they had the entire stage filled with toddlers dancing. My 3 year old daughter loved it.

Perfect stay on 30a

The homes was perfect! Our family enjoyed their stay. The home is just a seen in the pictures; it is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect! Our family enjoyed time at the pool, The Hub and found numerous beaches to visit throughout the day. We enjoyed lunch at The Citizen, The Great Southern Cafe and numerous food trucks in Seaside. I recommend renting a boat and enjoying the day at Shell Island. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Stay

My husband and our 11 month old stayed. Property manager sent us a great welcome note with recommendations. House was super clean and had everything you needed. They even had a baby gate for the stairs. Everything was well stocked and the kitchen had everything, if not more, than you could need. We love the prominence for the pool and the big chill across the street. Very easy to get to Seaside, Blue Mountain, Aly’s, etc. Highly recommend!

Lovely spring break

Our family enjoyed our stay. The place was even better in person. We enjoyed the pool and the easy bike ride to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We plan to stay there again since we enjoyed it so much.
