The home's first floor features 2 comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a 43” Smart TV. The second bedroom on this floor features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have access to a rear patio with a pool.

The bright, open living area is located on the second floor. Here guests will find a very well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar that can seat 3. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table with room for 8 or at the breakfast bar. The cozy living room is just off the dining area. Here you will find 2 plush sofas, and a 75” Smart TV with a soundbar—making this the perfect space to gather at the end of the day to watch the latest blockbuster or sporting event. There is an expansive deck that can be accessed from the kitchen. Here guests will find a grill, plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, and spectacular views of the Gulf and surrounding area! Guests can rest in one of the 2 well-appointed bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom boasts a king bed and a private bath with a shower. The second bedroom features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds—ideal for the kids in your party! This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

The primary bedroom is located on the third floor. It comes replete with a private bathroom with a separate shower and tub, a 55” Smart TV, and access to a rear balcony with a spiral staircase that leads to the 4th-floor observation deck with extraordinary views, and a table and chairs. There is also a kitchenette on the third floor with a mini refrigerator.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*HOA regulations do not allow for guest Low-Speed Vehicle rentals. Additionally, bringing your own Low-Speed Vehicle onto the property is prohibited.
*Walton County regulations require all doors leading to private pools to have an alarm that sounds when the door is slightly open (ajar). This alarm needs to be manually turned off when exiting the pool area.
*This is a peaceful community. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, weddings, parties, gatherings exceeding a reasonable number of guests, and guests of guests are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of any remaining rental fees, and potential fines from the HOA, community, and 360 Blue.
