Welcome to this coastal retreat with a serene atmosphere on 30A. We are loacated just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A! This fabulous property features 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and two twin beds. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, modern amenities and stylish interior with attention to every detail with upscale linens and Smart TV's. We hope you enjoy what our place and has to offer.
Our home is equipped with a 2024 6 Seater Electric Golf Cart (must be 25 to drive), beach toys, beach chairs, a backpack cooler, 4 bikes, and some beach toys. We have a stash of games to play under the TV in the living room. Our kitchen is most everything you could need and we keep a large variety of spices for cooking to make your trip easier. We have a coffee pot that can make the Kuerig one cups or make a complete pot of coffee. Our house has plenty of beach towels and some beach toys for your use.
We are located in Prominence and we have 2 pools available, their is a grilling station by the pool for your use. Also the area know at "The Chill' is on the property with tons of food options, daily activities from yoga to kids activities and toms of food choices and shopping.
