This property looks good on paper, but once you really get into it, it needs some work. The Pros- nice overall neighborhood. Great for families with children. Pool is nice. The Hub across the street, is perfect for shopping, food and hanging out. There is a nice golf cart and 3 bikes available for your use.Cons- The House needs some upgrades. If you try to cook anything whether it is in the stove or on the stove top, get ready for the fire alarm to go off Everytime! We had to open the front door, the garage door and the back deck door everytime we cooked! An absolute hassle and embarrassment! The refrigerator has no inside handles for the drawers so if you put fruit or veggies in them, have fun and try not to cut yourself getting them out. Old fridge needs replacing. The upstairs bedroom had a big hole in the lamp shade-and one downstairs blind n the deck door waa broken. There were many old stains on the couch which we covered with sheets..very tacky. There are no window coverings on the master windows up top, so don't even try sleeping in. The dish washer didn't wash anything.. The clothes washer shook the entire house when on spin cycle no matter what you had in there. These are all easy maintainance items that could have been fixed prior to renting. Hopefully they will be fixed before you rent. We advised management upon checkout about these problems because we didn't want to be bothered during our vacation with old repairs that should have been addressed prior
