This coastal abode features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 6-passenger golf cart, bikes, and several outdoor spaces perfect for soaking up the 30A sunshine. Situated in South Prominence, the community offers 2 resort-style pools (with seasonal heating), an outdoor green space with a grilling area, and direct access to The Big Chill a lively community center with outdoor entertainment, dining, shopping, and more!

- Coastal blues and beachy hues surround you in the living room with a large sectional for the whole gang.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, and all you'll need to work your magic.
- Kitchen island has additional seating for 2, great for snack time or grabbing a slice from Bruno's. 🍕
- Dining area with seating for 6.
- Laundry room and half bath also live on the first floor.

- Primary Bedroom (First Floor): King Bed with Smart TV, ceiling fan, storage, extra-large closet, and en-suite.
- (BONUS) Primary Bedroom (Second Floor): 2nd floor King Bed with Smart TV, storage, and en-suite bathroom.
- Guest Bedroom (Second Floor): Beachy blues Queen bed with Smart TV and balcony access
- Bunk Room: (Second Floor) Double over double bunk room - perfect for kids!

Beach time! ▶
Prominence has a lot of option for beach access. Some of our favorites below.
⛱️ - Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: (2 min drive, 5 min golf cart), 15 min walk) Closest to Prominence and most convenient. This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills.
⛱️ - Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here.
⛱️ - Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot.
⛱️ - Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door. The garage space is reserved for the golf cart.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
