Nauti yksi maalauksellisimmista ja perheystävällisistä rantapaikoista maassa! Scenic 30a tuulet pikkukaupungin rannikkokuntien kautta Floridan lahden rannikolla, missä polkupyörät ovat ensisijainen kuljetusmuoto.

Nauti kaikesta tämän kauniin alueen tarjota mukavuutta ja tyyliä "Beach Cruiser", upouusi aurinkoinen ja tyylikäs 3 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 Bath, kaksitasoinen kaupunkiasunto aivan 30a Inlet Beach, Florida (vieressä Watersound Beach , Lähistöllä Alys Beach, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach ja Seaside).

"Beach Cruiser" sijaitsee Prominence North -alueella, joka sijaitsee HUB: llä, lonkka ja vilkas paikka ruokailua ja viihdettä varten. Nauti ulkona olevista elokuvista suurella näytöllä, elävää musiikkia ja herkullista ruokaa. Google "Hub 30a" nykyisen tapahtumalaskelman ajaksi.

Jeanne is a fantastic host. Can't say enough about her prompt responses to any questions I had through VRBO. There were a few little things we ran into with the property but am sure they'll be addressed before the next travellers. The property and area here is beautiful, and having access to the golf cart (I think additional fees to use it were only 30) was icing on the cake. We went to Deer Lake beach access point 4 days. It's very close and definitely not crowded compared to other places.

Perfect Family Get away

A perfect spot for our family of four (including a toddler and infant)! The house was beautiful and clean and the community pool and Big Chill across the street made it easy to have a fun day with lots of fun but convenient to stop home for rest times. The LSV and beach supplies in the garage were the icing on the cake to make the trip extra special. Would definitely return!

Great place to stay

House was clean and had plenty of everything needed including extras like beach gear and cooking supplies. Great location and it was convenient being across from the Big Chill. The pool was a nice spot to hang out in between activities. We would definitely stay again if we came back to the area.

Beach Kruzer Family Vacay

Spent five lovely days at Beach Kruzer for spring break. The weather was perfect. You can not ask for a better location - across from The Big Chill and with an amazing resort style pool. Thanks to the golf cart and the bikes, we barely used our car while there. The house has everything you could ask for. And the beach was a quick ride away.

Great property for great times. We stayed 5 nights with our 3 & 5 year old. Place was very clean with all the extras. Board games, bikes, beach toys, oh my! Location was perfect as sit central to several different beaches. Check in process was seamless. Quick responses and communication throughout. Would definitely book again!

Great for our family, loved Golf Cart and Location!

This was our 4th time to 30A, this location felt like it was in the middle, giving plenty of options to the different beach towns. Having a 9yr and 11 yr old, they were obsessed with going across to the Big Chill on the golf cart, which was great! The first day we had no internet due to storms, but one rokm was stocked with board games which was perfect. We had 2 beach options to take the golf cart to and the garage has almost everything you could need for beach set up: chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon, ice cooler. Etc.beds were very comfort, kitchen set up was decent. Some feedback: needs more forks (i wonder if a previous tenant took some, only 6 forks), dryer take 2 cycles to get clothes dry and some ice cooler packs in the freeze would have been helpful. But really, these are minor, great place!

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful family vacation and the home was a perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and beautiful for us. The golf cart worked great for getting to/from the beach and even just driving around the community was a blast for our five-year-old. There were tons of games available and we enjoyed several of them. The kitchen was well stocked and the pantry had quite a few options for spices and seasonings as well. I would recommend this home to anyone and will see if it is available next time we visit!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This home was a perfect getaway spot for our family of 6. Conveniently located about half way between Panama City and Destin. Several cute local shops, very close to the grocery store and public beach access. The pool was a very short walk from the home. The home was stocked with all the basic (and some extra) essentials that you could need. Check-in was easy, golf cart was there waiting for us and fully charged, house was VERY clean and smelled nice when we arrived. The neighborhood was full of young families yet still quiet and peaceful. I give this home 5+ stars! I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Kruzer

Just had a wonderful stay at Beach Kruzer! First trip to 30A and we felt the location of Prominence is great for first time visitors. The location of Prominence is an easy bike ride to either Alys / Rosemary or West to Seaside / Watercolor. The Big Chill across the street from the condo was easy access and always something happening that appealed to all ages. Food options were somewhat limited at Big Chill but good for a quick bite or ice cream. There are some cute shops there as well. Prominence is great because of the easy pool access and proximity to the beach. Although a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the sand at Deer Lake State Park, it’s worth the walk. Note to people that there is not a lifeguard and the lots isn’t big, but we didn’t have any trouble this week finding a spot to park. Things to note if a first timer - the beach flags are something to note. The water isn’t always swimmable. For 4 of the 7 days we’re visited the flag was red, so we couldn’t swim due to rip currents. Water is a bit cool still so it was fine and we had pool access, but this is something to note before you go so you aren’t disappointed. Beach Kruzer is a great condo. Comfy beds, clean, well equipped with kitchen items. Owner was VERY responsive as was the property mgmt company. I would recommend this condo to anyone who needs accommodation for 6. There were 4 of us and the condo was perfect but we could have had 2 more stay without an issue. Thank you!!! We will be back!

Wonderful Time at the Beach Cruzer!

Our family of 4 had a great time at the Beach Cruzer. Great location (close to the pool) and very close to the Big Chill which we enjoyed. Also, really close to the beach which was gorgeous. A beautiful, clean home stacked with all of the extras (beach cruiser bikes, golf cart, beach gear, towels) to make our stay fun. Lots of games for the kids to play. Communication from booking to check out was really streamlined and photos from the listing were spot on. Great experience. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Great stay with family and kids

It was great from the time I booked. Clear communication from the owner made it easy to know what to expect. She was also beyond helpful with any questions I had. Beds were very comfortable and the place was really clean. We had family in another condo and this was the better one for sure. We loved the golf cart, avoiding having to drive to many places. We had a great dinner at Surfing Deer and incredible food at Goatfeathers. The beach was so clear, the family had a blast. I had high expectations going into it based on the other reviews and they were certainly met. Would 10/10 stay here again and recommend to anyone going to the area.

The BEST ending to Summer

My family of 4 stayed at the Beach Kruzer to end our Summer Break. We have two little boys 4 and 7. We had the best time! The house is located so close to the pool you can walk! We loved night swimming! The house was so accommodating! We loved all the board games to play and I loved the book collection! The kitchen is all labeled so easy to find anything you are looking for! The golf cart was very easy to use and we cruised all over 30A! I loved how we were not in the middle of a crowd at Seaside but so close on the golf cart! The Big Chill across the street was awesome! We loved that there was something for everyone! Great food and drinks! We found a public beach so close to the house! It was easy to drive the golf cart and easy walk for my family and not crowded! The host was so easy to contact for any questions we had and super friendly! We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great. Easy location to shops, food, beach. We really enjoyed biking to as much as we could. Be sure to. Ring your own spices, cooking spray, ect. The only thing in pantry was salt and pepper.... it wasn't an issue but many other places we stay generally have some extra cooking supplies.

Perfect Spot!

We loved this property and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, close to the pool, across the street from the HUB, short bike to the beach...just perfect. Jeanne was great to work with leading up to our stay, and then everyone at 30A Beach Girls took great care of us all week. Great personal touch all around. Highly recommend!
