Tervetuloa Näkymät ylhäältä, ylellinen 3-vuode / 3. 5-kylpy huoneisto, joka nukkuu 13 ja on upea merinäköala ja uskomattomia istuimet ulkopuolella. Tämän erinomaisen sijainnin ansiosta voit kävellä suoraan yksityisellä tiellä kauniille valkoisen hiekkarannan rannoille. Upean rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen voit nauttia loput päivästä Watersoundin kolmella suurella uima-altaalla, pyöräillä 30A: lla tai lyödä kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Täydellinen lomapaikka perheille, jotka haluavat nauttia kaikesta, mitä 30A: n Persianlahden rannikon alue tarjoaa.

Juuri kun avaat oven, näet kattokorkeat ikkunat, jotka tuovat esiin smaragdinrannikon kauniit vedet ja valkoiset hiekkarannat. Amazing views!

We had a wonderful time staying at watersound! The property is gorgeous and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The sunsets from the balcony are beautiful and the watersound neighborhood is full of so many cute homes. The property is close by to a little shopping center where you can rent bikes or get food which was so convenient. We were worried about the parking situation before we arrived (watersound only allows for two cars to park near the property). But this ended up not being a big deal because the main entrance (by the large gate house area) has a parking lot and it’s a very short drive or even a short walk away. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Great views! Couple issues

Overall it was a great condo with great views. The complex has become tired and needs a good pressure wash along with some new updates. Inside the condo was great but the main TV in the living did not work at all so no college football or NFL. It was expensive after all of the extra fees - seems like the rentals on 30a have doubled in process.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views of the gulf! Walking distance to the Hub/Big Chill. Elevator nice as condo is on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and once opened, the water was freezing. Took awhile to find out what pools are available with this rental. Tape all over the floors was not nice to look at. Check-in was not clear and you have to go to a different area to get your pass which wasn’t clear in the description.

Great views, condo needs some maintenance

You’d be hard pressed to find a more beautiful view at The Crossings. You have the clearest view of the sunset with no building obstructing. Simply gorgeous. The condo is very spacious and the furniture is nice. It could use more glassware in the kitchen. Even though it’s a great view it’s also the furthest walk from the beach since the closest boardwalk was flooded. So if you have young children this may be of concern. The condo needs some maintenance such as - one of the bedroom windows is broken and will not even shut. Master closet and bunk room bathroom light fixtures are on the fritz. Exceptionally low water pressure that should be addressed. There are some extra pillows but no extra pillowcases - easy fix. All in all a beautiful place, just needs a little attention. Thanks!

Property was beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean, however, getting to the beach was a little cumbersome, at least 1/2 mile walk because of the jetty in front of the dunes. Property had some bugs and the refrigerator door does not close properly, but we were overall very happy with the property

Stay at View from Above

Excellent location and spectacular view! The condo was very beautiful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the walking path and amenities of the well-kept property. The only negative experience we had was finding the unit and parking garage. The signs on the buildings are a bit confusing but we figured it out with help from the property management. The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. This was definitely one of our best 30A vacations and we would like to stay again at this property.

End of Summer Stay

The views cannot be beaten - gorgeous. However, for the amount of money charged, the cleanliness of the unit was sub par in many ways, and most of the furniture indoors and out is stained and in need of refreshing. The shade on the huge window in the 2nd bedroom was literally broken and laying on the floor. Paradise sent someone the next date to hang it, but it was inoperable, meaning that it had to be left pulled down/closed for the entire vacation. The guest staying in that room had no views for the week, and the views were the best thing about the property. Also, the walk to the beach is incredibly long - there is no running back to the condo for a second, so take everything you need when you go. The beach itself is beautiful, clean and not crowded - the water is as clear as any in the Caribbean. It was a good vacation, but we expected more for the amount of money paid.

Beautiful, spacious property

Our family of 10 (5 of us under the age of 7) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful view. The beach was quiet and uncrowded, but did require more of a walk to get to than I anticipated. The Hub was a great asset to have just a quarter mile away - lots of food and drink options and ample entertainment (including outdoor seating).

We loved the unit!! It was beautifully decorated! Great view of the beach!The best!! The only downside was the long walk to the beach, My husband had hip replacement a couple of months ago and another senior who found the walk difficult.

Numerous items in the unit did not work, Took 3 days to get some out to fix one of the items. Was no communications on the other items. Parking was ridiculous. Was given parking tickets for parking in front of unit we were assigned to garage.

Billion dollar view.. Usually go to Cayman Islands but flying and customs have become more troublesome. Didn’t realize what we were missing here in the states. This place is so luxurious we will be returning here.

Spectacular views, private condo, good internet

Amazing condo, with the most spectacular views of the ocean, beach, dunes and sunsets. Watersound is a great retreat in the heart of 30A which still feels private and serene. The condo is well appointed. While a condo, the location of this particular unit and the orientation of the deck, make it feel very private. My wife and I worked from the condo for the week, and the high-speed internet was able to handle two people on video-conference calls. We will be back!

The View and The Deck

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The oceanfront view and deck are the highlights of the property. Windows go across the whole living room/den area so you can appreciate the view from anywhere in the room when you are standing up or in the kitchen. The one oddity we found was that the L shaped couch faces away from the ocean view and is high backed so if you are sitting on it you really can't appreciate the view. Just seemed odd. And the view is unique relative to other ocean front properties in that the condo is set well back from the beach so you get this expansive landscape view of the sand dunes and trees plus the ocean. The kitchen is more than adequate with nice appliances including newer washer and dryers in the laundry room which is right off the kitchen. We would definitely rent again. The only other things I would offer are i) the bunk bed room is a little tight space wise and does not have a view but you can see that in the pictures, ii) some, not all, of the furniture has been banged up(not unusual for a rental) and the carpets have a few larger spots on them especially close to the edges. Again, not unusual for a rental. You are almost equidistant between Seaside and Rosemary for restaurants and night life(about 3-5 miles each way) so very convenient in that regards. The deck is extraordinary. You can see how wide it is from the pictures so a lot of people can be out there comfortably. It was winter so we did not eat dinner out there but it would be awesome when it is warm. Sunsets are amazing and are daily! Overall a very nice property.

Wonderful “view from above”

Gorgeous home but not cared for. Flooring, furniture and appliances need replacing! Furnace work was required as weather turned chilly. Many small things need to be addressed. Corrosion on locks were problem and seepage around window had caused what appeared to be mold on sills and carpet. We did have a difficult time leaving as the view was spectacular and the dunes and Camp Creek Lake were always an adventure. I personally feel Watersound Beach and dunes is the most beautiful area of Florida I have ever visited and feel blessed that I had the opportunity to spend a month there!
