Beautiful home near the beach

Loved everything about our stay here!! The home is even more beautiful in person and has plenty of space for friends / couples trips or family. Would definitely rent again!

Great property. Had a couple of glitches but host was quick to address them. Only negative were the worker trucks that occasionally blocked the driveway during the day. They were working on a house across the street.

Watersound

Great new home in Watersound. First time staying in Watersound area and it didn’t disappoint. Home is great for 2 families. Large bedrooms and living areas. Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen too. Private pool was a big hit for the kids. Not super large pool, but exactly as expected. Outdoor shower is a plus. Underrate feature: House has a dehumidifier built into the HVAC system. Huge plus for the humid and hot summers! There are two neighborhood pools. One is easily walkable, and the other is a little bit larger and a short drive away through the main Watersound entry. Would highly recommend the home and community to others!

Perfect Family Stay

This home was everything advertised and more! It was the perfect place and neighborhood for our family. The home is beautifully constructed, tons of natural light, top of the line appliances and suitably furnished. Plenty of room for everyone, but not too isolated from anyone. The grandkids loved the pool and the beach is "as stated" - a short 7 min walk. The Watersound Peninsula development, where this home is located, is very secure and a short bike ride to the Big Chill. It is centrally located to restaurants - east and west. We would definitely stay here again!!

Best Stay in 30A!

We've stayed at several properties in 30A over the past couple years, and this has been our favorite. The house was immaculate and the location was perfect. It was Spring Break week so most of the surrounding areas were very busy when going out to explore, but coming back to the peacefulness of the Watersound neighborhood was perfect. The pool was the perfect size and allowed our kids a great spot to enjoy before and after the beach. Bikes were brand new, allowing for easy exploration of Alys Beach, Rosemary and the Big Chill. They literally thought of everything and it made for easy cooking on the Viking range:) Don't miss the amazing views from the top floor deck! Even though the house was perfect, the walk to the beach was another highlight - from the driveway to setting foot on the sand was under 7 minutes - and the views of the lake and dunes on that walk made for a perfect beginning and end to the beach days - the bridges you walk over are perfect for pics! Can't say enough about the house, community, and communication during our stay - it was top notch! Can't wait to get back - thanks again!
