The condo was just what we needed. Worked great for our family Christmas. The location was perfect. Close to all the places we wanted to see. Ana the host was super helpful and always available for any of my questions. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back again.

Overall a family friendly environment with easy beach access and pools. Unit is nice but high traffic/wear is apparent. Cleaning crew could’ve been a bit more attentive to mold spots in the shower but not a deal breaker as cleaning solution was available.

Started off extremely rocky due to the cleanliness of the bedding. The owner is not local and did compensate for the inconvenience. The condo has a wonderful view and thought was given to the decro. A new cleaning crew is needed and all would be perfect.

8th floor, close to shopping, restaurants, beach, great amenities. Cozy stay. The worst part is checking in because the elevators are so slow but to be expected when several are checking in. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice week at the Beach

Pros: The host is wonderful - answers messages promptly and is very easy to work with.- Location is great. Close to good restaurants and shopping.- Spacious unit: Our family of five stayed here. Our kids are 21, 18 and 13 and we all had enough space and never felt like we were on top of each other.- Various access points to the beach.- Pool area is nice.Cons:- Unit needs some remodeling. The vanity cabinet in the shared bathroom is rotting. The area around the dishwasher is also rotting. Cabinets are peeling. Lots of moisture.- The main bedroom mattress needs replacing. It slopes towards the middle and I always felt like I was rolling into the middle. Bring your own pillows if you want additional cushion.- The refrigerator looks like rust has dripped down the door...a new refrigerator with an ice maker would be a game changer.- The pictures on Majestic's website of the pool area are a little misleading. Great photographer made the main pool look MUCH bigger than it actually is.Nothing to do with the unit per se, but the number of canopy tents set up on the beach beginning at 5:00 AM got a little overwhelming. We ended up walking half a mile down the beach just to find space...at 8:00 in the morning. I thought beach vacations were supposed to be relaxing...not "survival of the fittest"!-Check in time apparently varies among units. Don't think you can get in one minute before 4:00. Elevators packed and slow.Overall - a nice week w/family on the beach.

Iron and table top ironing board both broken . Had to go buy since owner’s reply was she would add it to her shopping list. We brought our own dishes, utensils, pots, beach chairs, etc and glad we did. They need a better cleaning service. Dryer had inch thick lint on screen. Grime in washer under seal needs cleaning.Registering car especially rental difficult and costly and never checked or verified while there. Too many other places to choose from. Keep looking!

Anna was helpful through our whole stay. We traveled with 2 kids and a baby and our family had a great time. The condo was nice and clean and Majestic Towers was a great place to be. We look forward to coming back.

My Family & I visit Panama City Beach every year & we have a good time. This was a very nice and clean vrbo unit. I loved the balcony looking at the ocean. Pretty Scenery. Great stay!

Easter week

I was nervous booking Easter week with it being so close to spring break. I would rather less crowds and our stay was perfect. It was one adult and 4 teenagers. We had plenty enough room. The condo was clean, well stocked, and in the perfect location. It was close to everything. We rented a boat and went to shell island for the day, my son went scuba diving, and the kids stayed on the road going to pier park, the bowling alley, and all the surf shops. Everything we did was with in 15 minutes to the condo. Walmart delivers right to the door which is another added bonus. Communication with Ana (owner) was very easy and she responded with in minutes. I am already planning my next trip back. Just an FYI she owns the co do right next to Thai one. And my parents just the two of them rented it and it was also perfect. Well stocked with everything you need.

Christmas family vacation

The location was excellent, the condo is under renovation which I didn’t know about so very loud early in the morning, all on site property restaurants were closed. The condo itself was not clean at all. I know the owners pay someone to clean after guests leave, but whoever they are paying they really shouldn’t be paying them because there was dirt everywhere, dishes left in dishwasher, sofa bed was filled with dirt & food crumbles.
