Tässä Gulf View -kodissa on tilava suojattu kuisti, jossa on ruokailutila ulkona ja mukavat istuimet, mikä on upea nauttimaan näkymästä päivällä ja rentoutumaan ja ruokailla illalla. Tämä koti ei ole suoraan rannalla, mutta sijaintinsa ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kätevältä rantatieltä; tuntuu kuin se olisi "rannalla". Lemmikkiystävällinen.

Kansi on niin hieno paikka, että et halua tulla sisään, mutta kun teet niin, nautit avoimesta pohjapiirrosta, jossa on olohuone ja runsaasti mukavia istuimia; sisältäen lepotuoli-nahkasohvat ja takan, täysin varustettu ja tilava keittiö, joka sopii erinomaisesti aterioiden valmistukseen ja ruokailuun; kaikki näköalalla ja täydellinen suurelle perheelle.

Kaksi Queen-huoneita, joissa on jaettu kylpyamme, sisältävät tilaa pesukoneelle ja kuivaajalle, ovat tällä päätasolla. Portaikko johtaa parviin, jossa on toinen elintila rentoutumista varten työpöydällä ja futonilla / sohvalla, joka tarjoaisi ylimääräistä nukkumatilaa. Kuningas päämakuuhuone on tällä ylemmällä tasolla, jossa on myös queen-vuode, joka voi toimia hyvin perheelle. Tällä tasolla on myös tilava täysi kylpyamme.

Pohjakerroksen ulkopuolella on ulkona oleva kylmän / kylmän veden suihku huuhteluun ajankohdan jälkeen rannalla, kaasugrilli, kalanpuhdistuspöytä, katettu autosatama ja runsaasti pysäköintitilaa, lukittu varastotila rantavälineillesi ja jopa toinen kylpyhuone. Siellä on myös tilaa veneiden ja perävaunujen pysäköintiin.

Loved Sandy Acres!

Great property and just as described! Proximity to the beach was awesome and the boardwalk was literally steps from the driveway!! We loved the area of Port St. Joe, Indian Pass and Cape San Blas and can't wait to visit again. We will definitely be back to this property!!

Great beach house, great beach!

This was our first trip to the area and we loved our visit! The private beach, with the closest neighbor being 500 yards away, was a huge draw. We usually go to 30A, and rows of beach chairs are three deep. It was fun to fish on the beach too! The house was so well stocked with everything we could need, including spices. Loved the screen porch- especially watching storms come up. Great place!

Check-in was not great, we were given the wrong lock code, so could not get in, and couldn’t contact the host because there was no cell service. A few things were either mis- represented or not as shown in the listing, including the slip covers on the leather sofas, and there were no white chairs as shown in the downstairs area. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was so short that it was hard to keep the water from running out onto the floor. No other major concerns.

Wonderful beach retreat

We love vacationing at Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. It is so nice to be able to take our dogs to the beach, have campfires on the beach, and have the beach nearly to ourselves. We have stayed in many different beach houses in the area, some on the beach and a few second tier houses. This house was not directly on the beach, but there is still a beach view and a boardwalk to the beach right in front of the house. It was very easy and short walk out to the beach. The house was pet friendly and had everything we needed. There were some beach supplies, books to read, and games in the house to keep everyone entertained. Our group of six enjoyed our stay very much.

Like all the beach front homes prepare to climb stairs. This house is comfortable and well stocked. We had no complaints with the AC keeping up which was a great relief from the heat of the day. We love the close proximity to the beach and wide drive and covered parking for the boat. This home is in need of some TLC and general maintenance. It is advertised as a 3 BATH. I specifically called and asked about this before renting and was told there was an extra bath on ground level for use which in fact was not available. Like many places on the cape there is construction right next door which I was also told had been completed. Overall we enjoyed this home and location. Thank you for sharing your home.

The housekeeping was also very nice. Beautiful views and nice neighbors.

Beautiful Comfortable and Convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved staying in this house. It was great for separate families. The upstairs was prefect For my family with small kids. It was an easy short walk to a wonderful quiet beach. The only issue is that there was a lot of construction next door and across the street. This put a damper on our use of the beautiful screened in porch due to a ton of noise starting at 7:30 Am until 6 PM. When in the house the construction noise was not bothersome. I would definitely book with Be our Guest again as well as book this house in the future given the construction is completed.

Good times at Sandy Acres!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Sandy Acres. The house was exceptionally clean and well kept. After staying in the CSB/IP area for several years the short trip to the beach was very welcomed. If you need extra parking, this house has it. The kitchen was stocked better than any house we've ever rented and the Weber grill worked flawlessly. A bathroom in the lower was a great idea as was the outdoor shower. I will mention 2 items that renters from 8/2023 on and for possibly the next year need to be aware of: First, they began construction on the lot next to Sandy Acres during our stay and drove in 16 pilings. There's only 15 pilings, but they had to do one twice. I'd guess there will be construction going on there for the next year. Second, during our stay a Florida Cottonmouth took up residence in a bush next to the driveway. I only mention this as a concern if you have pets. Unfortunately this snake moved to the neighbors garage and was dispatched.Overall, loved the house and area would love to stay there next time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We throughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Acres!! The walk to the beach was great with no busy roads to cross. There was plenty of parking and very easy to get our 22 ft boat under the carport. We greatly appreciated the storage room on ground level for all our beach gear, fishing gear and bikes. The home was very spacious and the kitchen was nicely equipped as we mostly ate in. The washer and dryer are a must for our crew and very appreciated. The AC worked great for our July stay!! Thank you for sharing your home. The only thing that would have made it better would be if we could have used the cargo elevator for our luggage and cooler.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property so much, and Be Our Guest were amazing hosts!! The location can't be beat - beachfront feel without the price. The downstairs full bathroom and garage storage space were the niceties we didn't know we needed - so amazing to have a place to put all your sandy things. The screened porch was a highlight, as was the expansive kitchen! We can't recommend this place enough. Just make sure to read the entire listing - the owner's bedroom is not on the main floor.

Perfect beach week

The view from the screened porch was beautiful. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We all loved it. Donna was so helpful and wonderful to work with!

A Week in Paradise

Our stay was fantastic. Donna and team are wonderful hosts and very quick to respond to any messages prior to arrival. The house was clean, had ample space and a great view of the ocean from the screened in balcony. We would definitely look at renting this property again in the future!
