”When we arrived, our room was already occupied. We tried contacting the host/property manager, but couldn’t get an answer. We had to sit in a parking lot, at night, after driving several hours, and contact VRBO directly to try and get help. Initially, VRBO asked me to send them pictures, proving that the room was occupied. I had already walked in on a family, which was awkward enough. ”There’s construction and there’s noice since 7:30 am and keep going the rest of the day. Hotel prohibited to guests make noice before 10 am (but they do) or you pay a $1,000 fine. So we couldn’t rest as peacefully as we wanted and needed. I’m pregnant and I was wondering to have a peaceful baby moon, but that doesn’t happen. Everything in the unit (room) was as expected and listed on line, but I had to pay a non refundable fee for the hotel and parking access, and pay rent for the chairs and...

”It was good. The room was clean but there were a few amenities lacking. Nowhere really to hang towels to dry, fridge struggled to get and stay cold, no smart TV for those who like to rest at night with their favorite show (cable and DVD only) and the room probably could update its statement of “sleeps 4”. Should probably read that it sleeps 2 adults and the pull out sofa bed will sleep two SMALL children. My two boys (12, 14) were pretty uncomfortable each night with the mattress in the sofa...
