”This was my second time staying here, everyone and everything was nice!”

”Room was clean and available early. Breakfast was Ok, a source of protein would have made it great. Amazing location close to stores and perfect to visit and enjoy the downtown.”

”The place, staff, the rooms and the service were excellent. It didn't include complimentary breakfast. There are other hotels that does include the breakfast and cheaper with the same good treatment and good rooms.”

”It could have been an OK hotel if not the awful staff and their completely careless attitude. The clients are supposed to ask for a room service the day before and I did. However, I didnot get three room cleaned and ask the person at the front desk. She didnot want to talk to me and even simply apologize. She said that it was not her fault and I should leave.”

”Over all was okay for the price I guess. You get what you pay for. The room was not the cleanest: The room flooring was coming up in several places and duct taped down. My kids kept tripping on the flooring. The pool was closed part of one of the days because they decided to shock the pool during peek time. Breakfast was okay but they were out of all juices the entire stay and did not offer alternative drinks. We locked ourselves out of the room one night and went to the front office at...

”Super friendly staff, reasonably clean room. Rooms are serviced weekly. If you want more than two towels or washcloths you will need to head to the front counter. Mirrors and carpets could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall a good rooms great location, easy to access everything. Upon arrival police were on premise investigating some “crime”, it wasn’t a great welcome.”

”It was a wonderful experience. Love the kitchen. The rooms are nice and clean. It is a good place to stay especially for families. Their pool is good for kids.”

”The stay was average. Our fridge door didn't seal right so it defrosted items I needed to keep frozen. Our room was non smoking but smelled heavily of marijuana. Luckily they had another room available to switch us to that didn't smell. A little inconvenient though having to move all our stuff especially with an infant. They should have known they shouldn't have put anyone in a room smelling like that. No way housekeeping didn't smell it. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast.”

”I found bed bugs in the bed. Staff couldn't offer an explanation and did not look surprised. Could not offer any compensation. It was a terrible experience.”

”Stayed one night till our condo was free, it is ok. I don't know if I'd want to stay more then a night. We were awakened at 3 am with people yelling outside our room. I will say it seemed clean overall. Our bedding did have many little stains on them and that's a thumbs down for us.”
