The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. House was better than expected. It was superb. Great for a family get together. Kitchen was large, lounge was large, garden was large and everything was just perfect.
