Beautiful and peaceful
The resort is beautifully maintained, and it definitely suits most needs. The 3 different pool areas are the gems of the place! We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was good and roomy, although the balcony was tiny. Daily cleaning service was excellent. Everything worked, and all places were clean. If I would need to give minuses, that would go to the slowness of the restaurants. Service was varying, sometimes we got things we didn’t order and sometimes it was excellent. Everything took a very long time to come, though. Even a cup of coffee would take 5-10 minutes to be served.

Hieno, ystävällinen henkilökunta
Ystävällinen palvelu. Huone siisti ja sieltä hieno näköala altaalle (premium huone). Iso upea uima-allas. Hotellin edessä oleva hiekkaranta on yleinen ranta, jossa paljon esim. retkien kaupustelijoita. Ranta hyvä. Aamiainen monipuolinen. Buffet-illallinen myös todella monipuolinen, suosittelen. Ympäristössä paljon ravintoloita.

Henann is one of my most favorite resorts! Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! They have 4 restaurants, pool bars and room service was awesome! The pools were amazing, 4 large ones. My most favorite is the beachfront infinity pool. They’re closed late so you can enjoy after tours to unwind. This place is great for the whole family.

The property was beautiful and well kept to the smallest detail. The resort staff in every area were extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. This is the best resort we ever stayed at. It was was a privilege being a guest and we will definately be back hopefully in the same Villa.

The resort itself is really beautiful. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Excellent food. Lots of small eateries along the beach where you can eat. What I didn’t like? Nothing at all.

직원들이 친절해서 지내기는 매우 좋았습니다. 체크인 할때도 요구사항을 잘 들어주시고 하우스키핑 서비스도 생각보다 빨랐습니다. 조식은 그냥 먹을만한 정도입니다. 해변가쪽 칵테일바에서 해피아워 시간에 이용했는데 서버가 맘대로 팁을 100페소 제외하고 잔돈을 주어서 그게 좀 어이가 없었지만 수영장도 넓고 도보로 주변 음식점이나 카페를 이용하기 편했습니다. 전체적으로 훌륭했지만 수건에서 너무 냄새가 나고 어메니티가 너무 별루라… 그 점이 매우 아쉬워 별 하나를 뺐어요… 또 체크아웃을 하고 디파짓을 바로 환불을 안 한건지… 환불처리가 아직 안 되고 있네요 ㅠㅠ

Great place probably the best location in Panglao. It’s right in the beach. We had a premier room & it was huge. We ordered room service for dinner a couple of times as it was so cheap. Breakfast is excellent caters for everyone. Will definitely be back. Loved it.

The room can be remodeled will be better. There is an additional charge on using swimming pool after u check out. Overall, the hotel is nice, location is convenient, the swimming pool and the beach are beautiful.

One major complaint that is easily fixed. For four days the same 6-7 at the pool. Simply awful.. I was informed they can’t change. Certainly enough not to return. Everything else was good. Sadly this one thing is enough to ruin any one’s time. Shame on management for not picking up on this

The information was very friendly. My husband and I and my whole family was very happy,from the information, to the room,swmming pool and the foods... Only thing i can complain is,the bar people should wait and not to scared that we not going to pay our order. I bring only the key and towel..Im not not used to bring telefone and wallet.I used to charge in my room,but the bar boy always asked as for the payment hehehe

When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up. Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to process the order. So very big and clean hotel with lots of facilities but service can be improved and if you dont like screaming children all over the place on your holiday i would go somewhwre else.

Pools are cleaned and treated everyday. Easy access to restaurants, restrooms, and beach. Many staffs are on watch for security and meeting the needs of customers. Many rules and guidelines. As long as all the rules are followed by customers, the stay will be at ease.

숙박비 대비 너무나 만족스러운 곳. 풀이 여러군데고 비치와 연결되어 있으며, 조식 카페도 두곳으로 분리해놓아서 여유롭습니다. 다만 헤어 드라이기 고장으로 컨시어지에 말했지만 고쳐지지 않았던 점이 아쉽습니다. 공항 픽.드랍 서비스도 아주 저렴한 가격에 훌륭하고, 인다이닝 서비스와 하루 두번 하우스키핑 서비스도 좋습니다.

The hotel itself is a nice property but it needs some general maintenance. The beach is very beautiful but not really great for swimming unless you wear shoes. Lots of rocks in the water and it really makes it uncomfortable. The staff are very welcoming and generally eager to help with any request. I’m not a fan of the long list of “can’t do” upon check in. One of those includes a fee for bringing food to your room. It’s a resort and it’s not wrong to buy some food from the many local vendors. Lastly, I reserved a queen bed but my choice was not available at check in. Instead they gave me a room with a double bed (though they insisted it was queen) plus another single bed. Just a waste of space in the room having a single bed and double bed really not what I wanted. I guess hotel can make up their own rules on demand and after you have arrived.

Pros: Great facilities, many swimming pools, close to Alona beach, good hygiene, spacious room, hi-speed WiFi and good air conditioning, friendly staff at front desk, staffs smile and say hi to you when passing by Cons: Stayed at 4050 but very noisy (singing very loud) outside till late night (understand this issue is out of hotel’s control) Asked for help arranging tuktuk to leave hotel at concierge but staff doesn’t inform or confirm the price with us, give us no choice to negotiate (suggest to inform the guest about what the price is and get guest’s consent first when calling the driver)
