”Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. ”Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale”

”Really clean, nice, many servicea and facilities. Room was huge and pleasant. Breakfast was endless, so many nice tastes! Absolutely recommended.”

”The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊”
