”The inside of the property is nice and all in working order. I received the checkin code late - after checkin time.”

”Overall it's a good place. Paid for cleaning services that wasn't rendered. The bed was comfortable and there's an electric pan to cook on. Many ants, had to buy spray. But it was close to work. I would consider staying here again. Other than the ants it was good ”

”The cabin is very nice. Very clean and modern. They even had coffee as we forgot to bring our own. My ONLY complaint is it looks like they built this cabin quickly, then piled up all of the construction debris next to it. I’m not so concerned for us, but it’s a pretty unneighborly thing to do. I know if I owned one of the surrounding lake lots at Linn valley lakes, I would be very upset having a vrbo cabin get thrown up and all the crap left there to rot. You guys need a clean up crew...

”Grateful Jamie took the time to check in on us prior to our arrival. We will be back. ”

”Had everything I needed and was super convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Host was very communicative!”

”Difficult check-in. Unclear information and hard to see at night.Cell service was spotty.”

”Property was exactly as described and checki-in/out process was a breeze. Host was very responsive in communication. Would definitely stay here again!”

”Worked out great…”

”Perfect space and close to everything I needed to be close to in Overland Park.”

”There was no light at the entrance to the unit although other units were lighted. To arrive after 5:00 as required meant that we arrived for the first time to a dark door. The clothes washer shown in the host photos had a sign saying OUT OF ORDER ..NOT FOR USE. The tissue holder at the toilet and the shower soap dish were torn from the wall. The hot water at the lavatory had almost no pressure although the cold water did .. the one chair in the main room was impossible to sit in comfortably. ”

”Excellent host and response time was wonderful. The unit is spacious with a nice closet area off the bedroom. It is in a nice area, not far from many restaurants, convenience stores, and a mall. We really enjoyed the location and appreciate our host for his hospitality and assistance as needed.”

”Electric stove heated up quickly when needed, helped keep things easy.”

”Would book again without hesitation based on how smooth check-in went and how quiet it felt at night. Kitchen tools are standard but do their job well enough here.”

”We had a very pleasant stay. Condo was clean and was located in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.”

”The apartment, itself, was clean. The facility (hallways, stairs, elevator, entrance, etc.) could use a lot of work. Lights in the north stairwell need addressed,as well.”
