Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! ”We likes this hotel very much. If you like to see something else than the chain hotels,which look exactly the same wherever in the world you are then choose this one. We had a king room with harbour view. It was marvellous. Good reef-top bar, dinner at the surf house was superb. Service was great.

”Highlight is the very kind and accommodating staff. Everyone last person was friendly and helpful, especially the young intern at the front desk. The La Lotus restaurant is surprisingly outstanding. The over water bungalows desperately need to be modernized, but were clean and comfortable. For the prices, especially the bungalow prices, please improve the pool chairs to add cushions. The spa was adequate but is in a small cramped space. Gym is roomy and well kept. ”

”This is a delightful, welcoming and serene guest house located high on the hillside above Puna'auia, just south of Papeete, with a view of Moorea in the distance. My only note of caution would be the challenging, sometimes rough and very steep drive to the property but the way is well marked. The breakfast is fantastic and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for those looking for a quiet, laid back experience.
