”The alarm sound in the middle of the night”

”We had a two-storey room with a sea view and it was really nice. The view was amazing over a black beach facing the island of Moorea. The service in the hotel was good. The restaurant was full on Friday and you have to take a taxi to get to Papeete so if you want to eat in the hotel make sure to make a table reservation in advance. The breakfast buffet was not much but as it was not included in our stay we preferred a la carte breakfast which was good and affordable. ”

”The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was excellent. The atmosphere throughout the property was very comfortable. This is a first class operation that made us feel very valued. Will definitely stay here again. ”

”Highlight is the very kind and accommodating staff. Everyone last person was friendly and helpful, especially the young intern at the front desk. The La Lotus restaurant is surprisingly outstanding. The over water bungalows desperately need to be modernized, but were clean and comfortable. For the prices, especially the bungalow prices, please improve the pool chairs to add cushions. The spa was adequate but is in a small cramped space. Gym is roomy and well kept. ”

”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...
