”The staff is amazing”

”The hotel and its staff are amazing! This was my third stay and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! The location, view, and food are on point. I highly recommend!”

”Great location and great hotel. Really neat art deco style design. Nice queen size beds instead of doubles”

”Great stay”

”Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

”Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

”Be aware that there is music being played into the early morningbat the Villita, though they do provide ear plugs for guests.”

”We love staying her here for our UTSA games! The best beds & breakfast is always really good! The best place to stay if you're going to an event at the Alamodome.”

”Always a wonderful stay.”

”Cockroach in our bathroom upon arrival Didn’t sleep much after that 😢 New room kind of offered but they says they didn’t really have any other roomie rooms. Talked to GM next morning and he said the construction has brought them in. No reduction in price which should have been offered in my opinion. Other than that I thought the place was cool. Breakfast was good too. Lots of variety.”

”The night shift front desk was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home every early morning, Making sure we had fresh coffee and friendly conversation. All the workers down to the best drivers where great but the night shift front desk stood out so mush we will be back for the personal service we received thank you for the absolute above service we received.”

”Simple the best !! I would stay there again for sure!!!”
