”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...

”Our stay at Hotel Kaveka was absolutely amazing. The beachfront bungalow-style villa was just steps from the water and only a short walk to the hotel restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel was worth every dollar spent, and my wife and I enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve seen in a long time right from the beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic Polynesian experience, this is the place to stay....

”An emergency booking due to a flight delay out of Tahiti so we would take anything. Family owners were extremely friendly and helped us out. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable bed.”

”Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. ”

”Lovely, helpful staff see you to this ocean side bungalow with kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and great deck where you can sit and enjoy the sight of the reef. Snorkelling right from your private beach yields coral and tropical fish from the shore. A couple of downsides: there are no staples like sugar, coffee, salt, etc in the kitchen; there is no comfortable chair so you either sit on the bed or you are upright at the table; the reception is only there for assistance for an hour or so...

”The deluxe bungalow was so nice inside with all the modern conveniences but had a thatched roof giving you an authentic Polynesian experience. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 beautiful sinks and walk in shower. The kitchenette was an added plus! The pool was wonderful and ocean view and beach were beautiful. The on site Sunset Grill was convenient but we only had 1 dinner there since there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again...

”Bungalows were great There is some internet is available although it’s slow at times. There are no tvs which is brilliant. You just sit back and enjoy the views Free use of kayaks and you’re right next to the area of the lagoon where the best snorkelling for the moorea island is. It’s one of 3 locations where you sit in the balcony and watch the sun go down The breakfast staff are brilliant and the local restaurants give plenty of options and are just 300 -400 m down the road it’s sister...
