One bathroom with proper walk in shower
The kitchen has all the usual amenities - oven, microwave, kettle etc plus slow cooker and a few other nice extras to give more options
The living room - Smart TV, can connect to your phones wi-fi as Internet not include
Garden - Bench and seating, free parking space & a little garden area just for this van

Site Rules:
- Unfortunately no pets allowed on the park except caravan owners pets.
- Be respectful of neighbours - the majority of guests are young families or retired and looking for a fun and quiet weekend away
- Keep noise down after 10pm
- No same sex groups- especially stags/hens
- £7 membership per person per stay must be purchased at the reception Office on site. This is for use of all facilities on site except the Gym, where payment must be paid at the Gym.This is site Rules & Regulations & if not complied then site owners can remove you from site.

Breaking these rules can result in removal from the park by on site security - refunds will not be given to those removed by security.
