”Beautiful room. Wouldn’t recommend parking as there isn’t anywhere. The location is right near the bus stop and can hear it all night and loud bangs from very early the morning. The bed was comfortable.”

”Hotel is in a great location, opposite the park. It is very stylishly decorated and the breakfast was great. The downside was that it was during the hot weather and the room was extremely hot, even though there was a fan in it. The windows only opened a little, probably due to safety reasons. It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Parking was quite a way down the road, but we were given a pass, so not charged. The garden was nice to have an evening drink.”

”This is a beautifully furnished, elegant hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. It’s in a quiet part of the town and with easy walking to Montpellier. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality tea, coffee-making machines. A fridge with a bottle of water is a thoughtful addition, the toiletries are Occitane, and the towel are of good quality cotton. The room had air conditioning which was essential during a heat wave. ”Excellent stay at a great manor-style hotel! the personnel are very great and will do anything to improve your stay. In particular, the English breakfast was simply exceptional, with possibility to tailor-it to your preferences! The parking, while tight, was very useful after a day of travelling. Excellent bathroom and comfortable beds. No Air Conditioning but even if we were on hot summer days, we slept well by using the ventilator and opening slightly the window. ”Great location, and staff were very helpful. Excellent secure parking. We enjoyed breakfast - the porridge and cinnamon toast were excellent. The menu offered a wide choice. Bed was comfy, but we were there in a hot spell of weather, and there was no air con in the room. The fan in the room did help a little, but it was still very warm for sleeping. The room could have been cleaner however. We had a room which had a bath, shower and vanity unit in the bedroom with a separate toilet. The...
