Asunnot – Paradise

”The room was not Clean, could not walk in the rooms without my feet sticking to the floors! The that were provided were filthy, I have pictures and will be seeking a REFUND!!! Spoke to the two girls that were cleaning and they were very new and no help, there was NO manager or office on site to speak to.”

”Host responded right away to a request. Nice place.”

”Clean room”

”Simple and clean, but the idea that this sleeps 4 is really pushing it. There was only 2 of us, so it was ok, but the “couch” is a cubicle type couch that opens in to what can roughly be called a double bed. There were no sheets for it, but the owner did respond right away and brought one flat sheet. He told us fitted sheets don’t fit the couch. It’s a decent place, but we stayed in 3 other places for much less that were much better. This is not worth what they charge a night.”

”The room was clean and in a good location. The bathroom floor was terrible. The tiles were lifting and stuck to your feet.”

”Nice amenities”

”It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise.”

”Property was fine overall but the cleanliness was disappointing - hair in the sheets, dirt on the floors, sticky dining table, and blinds that didn’t stay shut. Plenty of space and a nice yard to play in. Wish it had been cleaner.”

”Property was nice. It was surface level clean. There was pretty severe obvious water damage in both bathrooms with visible mold. As a family that needs to be careful around mold, seeing this was disappointing. It was a comfortable house, dated, but comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, there are close neighbors, so if you are looking for space/ seclusion, this house does have close neighbors you will hear their dogs/lawn mowers / leaf blowers....

”The Lake Superior natural setting was such a visual treat. The house was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was super responsive to my many questions. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.”

”At first, we thought the rooms were decent but when when the cleaning staff realizes you're staying longer, all they do is make the bed real quick don't clean the sheets the towels smell like crap they don't vacuum it was bare minimum and for everybody to realize there is no check-in. It's all done virtually. In other words there's no one to complain to. There's no one to ask for more towels There's no one to do anything. It's kind of ridiculous. Probably won't stay there again.”

”The BEST place we’ve ever stayed!! Every room was spotless and so cozy! There was so much space for our family and so many things for kids to do. From board games, to the garage game room, to outside exploring. You won’t ever get bored here. Also, a quiet nice area that if you wanted to just relax the whole time, it’s perfect for that as well. The beach across the road is quiet, beautiful, sandy and perfect to swim or relax. The house was stocked with all the dishes you could need, as well as a...

”Clean and in a good area. The host(s) gave clear directions on arrival and departure.”

”This property is in the location for us that was central to all the Upper Pennisula activities we wanted to do during our stay. It made our vacation very convenient. The grocery store is walking distance from the house - so getting what we needed was easy.”

”We had an amazing stay at Hidden Haven with 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog! You can’t beat the location: we got to wake up to Lake Superior views, hear the waves crashing overnight, and could walk a few minutes up the road and be on the North Country Trail for trail runs and hiking. Everything was super clean and comfy and we had everything we needed to have a great few days. Looking forward to a repeat visit in the future!”

”Family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Unique and very cool place. We loved it. Exactly as described.”
